Sunday July 23rd
5pm to 8pm- All American Athlete check-in and uniform pickup in the Red Clubhouse at the Red Quad. (no additional events this evening)
Monday July 24th
8am to 1pm- All American Athlete check-in and uniform pickup in the Red Clubhouse at the Red Quad.
8am to 1pm- Head and Assistant Coaches check-in at the Coaches Table in the Red Clubhouse at the Red Quad.(Must still attend mandatory coaches meeting)
Coaches Mandatory Meeting- 10am in the Red Clubhouse
Practices start at 11am! Athletes will wear their practice shirt to practice, player evaluation, and their scrimmage game.
1:00pm – 6:30pm = Opening Day! Music/Food Trucks/Baseball Vendors
Easton Bat Demo starting at 11am in their hitting tunnel!
7:30pm Staging for Parade of Players (Athletes will be called by REGION and parade the field with their coaches. Parents view from the main stadium seating.)
Players stage by region at 7:30pm: Wear your Jersey!
Northeast Region– stage at Blue Marucci.
Southeast Region– stage at Fast Pitch Stadium.
Midwest Region– stage at Blue Rawling.
South Region- stage at Blue Louisville.
Southwest Region– stage at Casey Statue.
West Region– stage at Blue Easton.
8pm Opening Ceremony: National Anthem, Welcome Speech, Pin Trading, Parade of Regions and the Fireworks @ Space Coast Stadium
Team practice and player evaluations will be scheduled Monday and Tuesday (check your teams schedule). Players wear practice shirt.
Player Evaluations via Skill Shark will include measurement of Exit Velocity, Starting Speed, Reactive Agility, and Lower Body Power.
The Junior Age Division is required to use BBCOR bats.
You will have a game scheduled every day.
Sideline Swap will give immediate credit for Easton and Rawlings products at their tents. Do you have a bat, multiple bats, gloves or any other sporting goods equipment you don’t use or need anymore? You can trade it in at the Sideline Swap booth Monday and Tuesday and use those dollars to buy Easton or Rawlings merch like the Hype Fire, Heart of the Hide Gloves, etc at their booth!
July 29th/30th- Championship Games. Weather permitting, we will schedule games as early as possible on Sunday.
Orlando International Airport is the largest airport in proximity to the USSSA Space Coast Stadium. Smaller airports include Sanford and Melbourne.
