July 1st, 2026 - Player Zoom Meeting #1

This meeting will cover general event information, expectations, what to bring, upcoming dates, etc.

July 13th, 2026 - Player Zoom Meeting #2

This meeting will cover check in process, event schedule, final details on itinerary, etc.

July 20th, 2026 - Early Check In
  • Early check in will begin at 6:30PM and conclude at 9:00PM
July 21st, 2026 - Check In, Evaluations & Practice
  • Tentative Check In times
    • Location: Red Club House (View Facility Map)
    • 8:00AM – 9:30AM: Teams who have practice scheduled at 10:00AM
    • 9:30AM to 11:00AM: Teams who have practice scheduled at 11:30AM
    • 11:00AM to 12:30PM: Teams who have practice scheduled at 1:00PM
    • 12:30PM to 2:00PM: Teams who have practice scheduled at 2:30PM
  • Tentative Evaluations – Optional
    • 10:00AM to 3:00PM: Batting Cages located by the Stadium.
      • Players are free to come and go as they please. No set time for teams.
  • Practice
    • 10:00AM until 4:00PM – teams will be assigned a practice time. These will be posted on the official schedule once released.
July 21st, 2026 - Opening Ceremonies

Tentative Opening Ceremonies

  • Players will report to staging fields at 7:30PM
    • 8U & 9U will meet at the Casey Statue
    • 10U will meet on Blue Rawlings
    • 11U & 12U will meet on Blue Marucci
    • 13U & 14U will meet at the Fastpitch Stadium
  • Parade of teams to begin at 8:00PM.
  • Fireworks to begin around 8:30PM
July 22nd, 2026 - Pool Play Begins
July 23rd, 2026 - Pool Play Concludes
  • Teams will play one pool play game.
    • If there is an odd number of teams in a division one team will play four (4) pool play games. Only the teams best 3 games will be counted toward seeding for bracket play. Pitching for all games will be counted.
      • Team who receives four (4) pool games is randomly selected.
July 24th, 2026 - Bracket Play Begins
  • Bracket Play Begins
    • Teams are seeded into bracket based on pool play results
July 25th, 2026 - Bracket Play Concludes
  • Bracket play concludes and Championship Games are played.
    • Championship games will be scheduled as early as possible on this day.
    • Last game will be scheduled to start no later than 2:00PM.
