July 1st, 2026 - Player Zoom Meeting #1

This meeting will cover general event information, expectations, what to bring, upcoming dates, etc.

July 13th, 2026 - Player Zoom Meeting #2

This meeting will cover check in process, event schedule, final details on itinerary, etc.

July 20th, 2026 - Check In, Evaluations, Practice, & Opening Ceremonies
  • Tentative Check In times
    • 8:00AM – 9:00AM: 13U & 14U
    • 9:30AM to 10:30AM: 12U
    • 11:00AM to 12:00PM: 11U
    • 12:30PM to 2:00PM: 9U & 10U
    • 2:00PM to 3:30PM: 8U
  • Tentative Evaluations
    • 8:00AM to 9:30AM: 13U & 14U
    • 9:30AM to 12:30PM: 11U & 12U
    • 12:30PM to 3:00PM: 9U & 10U
    • 3:00PM to 4:30PM: 8U
  • Practice
    • 8:00AM until 4:30PM – teams will be assigned a practice time. These will be posted on the official schedule once released.
  • Tentative Opening Ceremonies
    • 6:30PM – until finished
July 21st, 2026 - Team Scrimmages & Evaluations
  • All teams will be scheduled at least one scrimmage game. Start and end times will depend on total number of registered athletes.
    • Scrimmage game times will be posted on the official schedule on USSSA.com.
  • If there is a need some player evaluations may be pushed to this day.
July 22nd, 2026 - Pool Play Begins
  • All teams will be scheduled two pool play games on this day.
July 23rd, 2026 - Pool Play Concludes
  • Teams will play one pool play game.
    • If there is an odd number of teams in a division one team will play four (4) pool play games. Only the teams best 3 games will be counted toward seeding for bracket play. Pitching for all games will be counted.
      • Team who receives four (4) pool games is randomly selected.
July 24th, 2026 - Bracket Play Begins
  • Bracket Play Begins
    • Teams are seeded into bracket based on pool play results
July 25th, 2026 - Bracket Play Concludes
  • Bracket play concludes and Championship Games are played.
    • Championship games will be scheduled as early as possible on this day.
    • Last game will be scheduled to start at 2:00PM.
